Sailia is a booking and operations platform for activity providers. It handles everything from online bookings and point-of-sale transactions to staff scheduling, payments, and accounting. Here is a quick tour of the main areas you will work with.

Activities and scheduling

Activities are the core of Sailia — courses, hires, and events that customers can book. Each activity has its own schedule, pricing, capacity, and staffing. Customers book through your online booking page or in person at the point of sale. Every booking flows into a shared order system where you can manage reservations, track payment status, and update attendee details. You can also offer memberships and activity passes for recurring access and prepaid bundles, sell gift cards, and manage waitlists for fully booked sessions.

Point of sale

The built-in POS lets you sell shop products, process walk-in bookings, and apply discount codes on the spot. You can also set custom prices on individual items when the standard price does not apply.

Pricing and promotions

Sailia gives you flexible pricing tools. Create discount codes with fine-grained controls — usage caps, date windows, early-bird and surge pricing, product restrictions, and tiered amounts. Sell gift cards that customers can redeem at checkout, and offer memberships with auto-applied discounts.

Customers

Manage your customers from a central dashboard — view booking history, check membership status, and track waiver completion. Sailia sends automated notifications for booking confirmations, waitlist updates, and membership renewals. Collect signed waivers and supporting documents before activities, with support for digital signatures, checkboxes, and file uploads.

Staffing

Manage your team by assigning staff to bookings, setting pay rates, and controlling permissions. Let Sailia generate timesheets automatically from scheduled work. Staff see their upcoming shifts and you get accurate payroll data without manual entry.

Payments

Sailia processes payments through Stripe — handling online checkouts, POS card payments, refunds, and payouts.

Connect Sailia to external tools to automate your back office and expand your reach:

  • Adventuro — list your activities on the Adventuro marketplace and receive bookings automatically
